The location and view were satisfactory, and the food was varied on some days, tasty, and plentiful. At times, though, lunch dishes would turn up again at dinner. A few people did listen to us, but they blamed management, and I agree the problems seemed to sit above reception. The rooms and shared areas were very dirty. Tables, dishes, plates, glasses, and other things looked greasy, and staff said they couldn't wash dishes properly because there was no hot water. The common areas were also extremely dirty, and we were constantly having to ask for cleaning or for ongoing problems to be addressed. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, and we waited three days for a repair or a different room. Reception staff tried, but management was often absent, and staff apparently couldn't handle issues themselves. They had to wait for a general manager who came every three days. The website said Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, but we couldn't get it, and employees gave us different explanations. Our room phone was disconnected, so we had to go up to reception every hour. Nobody contacted us about our requests, apologized, offered compensation, or resolved the problems. I even had to ask for a bucket for the air conditioner leaking badly. It felt like guests had to find solutions to the hotel's problems themselves. Drinks beyond tea or water were often unavailable. Beer and cocktails were rare, and the only mojito tasted like lemonade. Evening entertainment was poor quality music and ads for clubs that forcefully sell vodka bottles. This wasn't the best hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it. I'll avoid it in future.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I can't recommend it. We didn't get the room I'd paid for, the old air conditioner was a problem, and the TV didn't work. The canteen was filthy, with dirty cutlery on dirty tables. The listing said rooms had internet, but there was none, so we had to buy it. The power went out often and the elevators stopped working. The employees weren't helpful. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

I read the complaints too late, and by then everything people said about how bad this hotel was had proved true. When I asked reception about the complaints, they said management had changed and the whole hotel had been renewed, claiming those issues were from before the renovation. That was a lie. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There was no Wi-Fi, no hot water in the rooms, and the bathroom water was seawater and very salty. The room mini fridges were empty, so anything you wanted had to be bought at the supermarket across the hotel. The plates and glasses were very dirty. There were cockroaches, ants, and lots of mosquitoes. Rooms were filthy, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. When it did work, it dripped water. The food was bad, and waiting in line for the main dish took a long time. Night activities were boring and poor. TVs were old and didn't work. Whenever we asked staff for help with the air conditioning or TV, they said they'd send someone, but nobody came. You got the feeling they knew no one would show up to fix anything. I really wouldn't recommend this place for a holiday in Bodrum.

We left a day early because staying here was a nightmare. The food seemed dirty and smelled bad, so we couldn't eat at the hotel and went to a restaurant outside, even though we'd paid for food here. The elevators and restaurant smelled awful too. It felt like there was no boss around and kids were running the hotel. It's a rubbish hotel with a really bad smell. There's even an entrance from the market into the room. Seriously? That's insane. Please don't stay here. If you have any self-respect, avoid it.

We booked two nights at the hotel called jura in bodrum after seeing nice photos online. It wasn't cheap, but all inclusive sounded appealing. After a four-hour drive from izmir, we checked into a basic room and went looking for food. The snack bar was dirty, with food everywhere, so we had to eat at the restaurant next door. The lifts smelled and rubbish was scattered around the hotel. We managed to check out early.
