There were four of us, but they wouldn’t even give us tea packets. The staff were rude, selfish, and threatening. They banged on our door telling us to leave, and would open our room door. When we had to leave late, we had to call the police. Even if you’re in the bathroom because of an emergency, they won’t wait. They also gave away our reservation after we’d told them we were coming and would pay for the night. A horrible stay, bad service, and poor cleaning. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean, and my trip was made nicer by Ms. Jumaiza, Ms.Zainab, and Hamza. Thanks to them. A doorbell would be a good addition, as would a bathroom clothes holder and a visible Qiblah direction.

We stayed here for three weeks with family and friends. I’m from Canada, and my wife is from Turkey. Everyone who stayed during our visit was happy with the service and cleanliness. The staff were respectful, and we loved everything about the hotel. No complaints at all, it deserves 10 stars, not just 5.

The quiet nights made it easy to sleep, and breakfast was great. We were surprised by how comfortable and clean the hotel was. The rooms were lovely, and the staff were amazing. Reception made sure we were comfortable and happy, and check-in was simple. The location worked perfectly for us. Thanks to everyone, we’ll see you again.

Set above the beautiful Black Sea, the hotel has spacious, modern rooms and suites that are clean and well maintained. It’s in a quiet spot away from Trabzon’s bustle, though only about a ten-minute drive from town. The receptionists are friendly and professional, speak English well, and are happy to suggest places to eat, shop, or visit, or answer other questions. I highly recommend it.
