Balturk Garden Sapanca Hotel

My wife and I stayed at Baltürk Garden in early August. The setting was nice, and the backyard was a pleasant place to sit and unwind. Breakfast was good, the rooms were spacious enough, well decorated, and functional, and the pool was nice during our weekday visit when it wasn't very busy. Cleaning was the main problem. In our first room, there was a half-open instant coffee packet and the room hadn't been cleaned properly. They moved us, but the next room had a visible stain on the light switch and stains on the bathroom door and wall. The bathrobe they gave us was dirty, so we asked to have it changed. There was also a spider web, with the spider still there, on the bathroom ceiling. We asked for the room to be cleaned on our last day while we were by the pool, but it wasn't done. It seems reception and housekeeping weren't communicating. They need to improve the cleaning and check the rooms more carefully. The place could be much better, with a lot of room for improvement.

The hotel looks even nicer in person than in the photos, with a well thought out style and a gorgeous pool. Our room was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ramadan and the older man who stands by the door were especially kind, though I can't remember his name. I'd give it 10/10 and recommend it to future travellers.

The stone pool was relaxing, and our room was clean and lovely for a stay with our friend over our wedding weekend. The staff were incredibly helpful during our great stay at Baltürk Garden Sapanca Hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Emrah for his help. Highly recommended.

The hotel is small, but you don't need a huge place. The neighborhood was very quiet and had ample parking, and the pool and surrounding area were very clean. Breakfast was outstanding, and the room was spotless with all the facilities we needed. My wife and I visited Balturk Garden Sapance in Aug 2022, and it was a very different experience. Sherene at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, and the staff were very cooperative. Thank you, SHERENE, for a wonderful stay.
