BG Sapanca

BG Sapanca was a comfortable, peaceful place to get away, in a beautiful and calm area. Everything was clean and well cared for. The staff were helpful, friendly, and professional, and the service was excellent. Breakfast had a good selection and was high quality. We’d definitely come back, and I recommend it.

Such a cozy, clean place to stay, and I really enjoyed it. The friendly staff made the experience feel warm and welcoming. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Sapanca.

The house was designed with real care, and the architecture was fantastic. Whoever came up with it deserves credit. Every room had its own bathroom, which made things especially comfortable for a big family. The pool was warm enough that my wife and I never felt cold during our two nights, January 22nd to 24th, and the hygiene was excellent. Staff were kind and looked after everything we needed. Breakfast was generous, with lots of variety, and we especially liked the jams. We chose BG because we wanted a secure place, since finding somewhere dependable in Sapanca isn't easy. I'm glad we did, and I don't usually write reviews, but I'd wholeheartedly recommend it. I'll definitely return.

What stood out was how quickly the staff dealt with a small issue we had. We even called late at night and they were polite and helpful. Minor problems can happen anywhere, but the way they handled ours was great. We were pleased with the friendly service from check-in through check-out, and our room and the shared areas were very clean. Everything we might need was there, and the room was tidy. I’ve seen comments mentioning cleanliness problems, but that wasn’t our experience at all. We stayed at BG Sapancı from November 27th to 29th, 2025, and had a wonderful time. I’d read some negative reviews and was surprised, since we encountered nothing like that. I think it’s a great choice if you want comfort, security, and a peaceful setting.
