The beds were really uncomfortable, and the kitchen was barely equipped: just 3-4 plates and a small pot, with no pan for eggs. The stove took an hour to cook them, and when we asked, we were told it was because it was made of wood. The whole thing felt like a joke. We arrived at 12:15 PM but were turned away and told to come back at 2 PM. Then the woman showing us around rushed through the explanation and scolded us to take off our shoes. The corporate attitude was the strangest part, with zero customer service. I've never been this bothered by a business.

My wife and I really enjoyed the fireplace and pool, and the place was clean with a lovely atmosphere. The location is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. We had a very good stay, and I've already recommended it to friends. I'd happily recommend it to others too.

The house was wonderful, and the rooms were spotless. We spent this weekend there and found it simply perfect. Thanks for everything, we'd love to stay again if we get the chance.
