We left feeling misled about the price and badly treated. On checkout, Ms. Sevilay and Ms. Canan charged us for the bungalow instead of the room rate we had been quoted. They had said 12,000 TL, but then asked for 20,000 TL based on the number of people. When we challenged this, Ms. Canan, who said she was the hotel manager, spoke to us in an unpleasant, unprofessional way and said, “If I were here, I definitely wouldn't allow you and your friend to stay here.” We had made it clear when booking and checking in that we were two married couples and one friend. We were five people staying in the bungalows for two nights, and the water barely flowed in ours. We reported it repeatedly but got no information, so we spent the first night with the problem. The next day, staff said the bungalows had water issues and offered to move us to the hotel section for what they described as a more affordable rate. They said the room cost was 4,000 TL and that the total would be 12,000 TL. We reluctantly agreed, but the water trouble continued there too, including interruptions while showering. Our holiday was ruined, and we couldn't stay in the bungalow as planned. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The restaurant staff and Mr. Çağatay at reception were generally polite, but the rest of this stay was unacceptable. We were five, two married couples and a friend, and had told Mr. Çağatay about that arrangement before booking. Still, Ms. Canan, introduced to us as the hotel manager, made a disturbing insinuation that if she had been there, she wouldn't have let us stay in that arrangement. That harsh response, and the lack of any solution when we raised our complaint, ruined our vacation. We said the issue wasn't money and that we had agreed to pay around 40,000 TL. We were first in a bungalow at Yeni Han Hotel in Yıldız Dağı, Sivas. There was almost no water, so we couldn't shower. The next day we were moved into three hotel rooms after Ms. Sevilay said the rate was 4,000 TL per room and there would be no more water or shower issues. We checked the price again at the restaurant and agreed on that basis. But the water was cut off four times in the rooms. Each time we had to call reception to get it turned back on. Sometimes there wasn't enough water to flush the toilet, and once it stopped while I was showering, so I rinsed my hair with a bottle. At checkout, they said the price was 4,000 TL per person, not per room, despite what we had been told. They had said the total would be about 12,000 TL, then demanded much more. The basic water and shower services weren't reliable, the pricing information contradicted itself, and nobody resolved our complaint. I definitely don't recommend staying here.

We were pleased with our stay. We checked in around 10 pm, after dinner service usually ends at 8, but they still served us a meal. The food was fantastic, and we liked the hotel's service and concept. The alcohol-free setup was a plus for us.

Night skiing was a highlight, even better than skiing during the day. We also enjoyed taking the cable car to the top and having salep at the summit cafe. We went as a family with two children and stayed in a bungalow for two nights. The week we arrived brought such heavy snow that we couldn't open our room door, but staff came with shovels to clear it. They even drove us to the restaurant on a snowmobile. Despite all that snow, the room had enough heat from the boiler, and we had no water trouble. When it felt chilly, switching on the fireplace fan warmed the room quickly. We turned it off at night because the room was warm. The children enjoyed the bungalow more than an ordinary hotel room, though I think bungalows would be hard with very young kids. Food choices were limited, but the quality and taste were very good, especially the local soups and dishes. It was our first visit, and we were very satisfied.
