The location was the only good part of this stay. The room didn't match the listing, the shower barely gave any water, and there was no drinking water in the room. Breakfast was a joke, and the owner was rude. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Don't book it if you want a good trip.

The room had a small window with no view, but I didn't come to Istanbul to sit and look out of it. It was very clean, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I thought I got great value for the price. I don't get some of the negative reviews. I had a great stay and would certainly return if I visit Istanbul again.

We got there at 6 am and found the hotel closed. It had apparently been shut for months for renovations, but was still accepting bookings. We spent more than an hour arranging somewhere else to stay, with most places already full. Do NOT book here.

We felt comfortable staying here. The rooms were clean, and everyone on staff was attentive. General manager gülşen was especially friendly and thoughtful. Thank you for everything.

The bathrooms are small and breakfast doesn't have many choices, but the helpful, very nice staff made up for that. This family hotel met my expectations and made my vacation ten times better. It's in an excellent location, feels safe for families, and has daily cleaning service. I'll definitely visit again.
