We regret moving here. Almost every day, someone on the 3rd floor ends up arguing with management over different issues. Once, the guys on the 3rd floor even attacked me because I asked for proof of rules and regulations I felt were unnecessary, and they didn't want to issue an access card for the gym and swimming pool. I have a Turkish ID, and my name is on the contract. The management is racist. Quite often the entire building has no electricity or water for almost a whole day.

It's a safe, good place for families, but the management can't speak Arabic or English. The manager is the only person who can speak English, and his English isn't very good.

It's a very good place to live. The compound has everything integrated, so you don't need to go out except for work or school. It has all the daily needs and entertainment.

For renting in this area, this residence isn't a good choice. Everything is very expensive, including the dues, and the central heating water costs a lot. There are many open pools, but unfortunately they aren't used throughout the year.

It's a small town set up for residents, with good facilities. The pools are always clean, and there are large tennis courts plus basketball, volleyball, and football courts. You can also use the fitness salons, and there's more besides.
