Bodrum Beach Resort

The staff really went out of their way for us, helping with dinner reservations, excursions and whatever came up day to day. My girlfriend and I spent a week here, and we're already looking at booking another break later this year. The scenery was beautiful, the hotel was amazing, and I'd never seen a beach or sea so crystal clear. Lovely water, food and people. 10/10, five stars.

The hotel itself felt below average, with repetitive, limited food, a steep slope and a rocky beach. In 15 days, they didn't change our sheets even once, which shocked me. The staff were the one thing I really admired, the cheerful, smiling, hardworking boys and girls. I especially want to mention Su, the wonderful girl at the terrace bar. She was spotless, looked after her work, and was so responsive and kind. Because of her, we came away with a positive impression of the hotel. Good luck.

The staff and food were the real highlights for us. Everyone was friendly, spoke English, and had no trouble arranging room cleaning whenever we needed it. There are plenty of sunbeds, so we never had to compete for a spot at the pool or beach. The beach is kept in great shape, though the sea entry is rocky and water shoes could come in handy. The resort has private beach access and sits in a great location. You can easily spend your whole stay there, but Bodrum is only about 20 minutes away by taxi or local bus. A comfortable, relaxing place with a lovely atmosphere.

We’ve had a good week here, even with a few small problems. I’d call it a generous four-star hotel rather than a five-star one, even if it may once have been rated that way. Some rooms need attention: our first one wasn’t in an acceptable condition, so we had to move. The food has a good range of choices, though a few of the waiters struggle with English. The bar staff really try hard and can make pretty much any cocktail you ask for. The children’s disco starting at 9:30 felt late for our little ones, but we still had a great time.
