Hotel Yavuz Bungalow

I ordered takeaway here, and I won’t do that again. The rice was already hard, whether it was from the day before or earlier that day. The kebab was old and dry, and although I specifically asked for a non-spicy one so my little daughter could eat it, I found it full of red chiles when I got home. The fries were pretty sad, though that often happens with takeout. The “Caesar’s salad” had dry, flavorless chicken that was hard to chew. It was a huge disappointment, especially since I picked the restaurant because of its high reviews. The vibe and atmosphere were both very nice, though.

Eating and relaxing under the trees was great, and the equipped beach is an extra plus. The food at Yavuz bungalow restaurant is delicious, and the owner and waiters are kind and efficient. We love the atmosphere. Thanks for having us, we’re looking forward to coming back!

Hüseyin (chef) and Murat (server) were both excellent. We had the tuna pizza and tomato based pasta, and both were lovely. The white wine was fantastic, and the atmosphere felt friendly and comforting. Many thanks!

Yanartaş is worth asking about, and the walk along the beach to the ruins of Olympos makes for a full day. The views from the top are great. I’ve been to Yavuz Bungalow before and I’m sure I’ll be back. It feels like paradise, with citrus trees everywhere and only a short walk to the beach. Breakfast comes with the stay, served buffet-style, though someone serves you because of covid. The food is all excellent. My favorites are the patates kızartması (fries), karışık pizza, pirzola, and the lentil soup. Hüseyin, the head concierge, is incredibly helpful, and so is the rest of the staff. There are friendly chickens, roosters, and ducks roaming around, plus a dog named Tarçın (cinnamon) and a cat named Puppy. The bungalows are picturesque, too.
