The only thing I’d suggest changing is the cleaning service. It would be good to have someone replace the bedsheets and take out the rubbish each day. There’s no regular cleaning, and requests for it cost extra. Apart from that, the location, cleanliness, beach, restaurant, and the whole team from security through management were all amazing. Thanks for such a lovely experience. Our room had an amazing view, thanks to Asya, who gave us wonderful service and was always ready to help. Whenever I messaged her on WhatsApp, she responded and took care of what we needed. The receptionist was great too, and helped arrange a taxi whenever we wanted to go out. A big thank you as well to the kind afternoon shift security guard, who was always helpful with taxis. The staff made us feel like family. Yousef was so helpful when we met him at the beach, and kindly pointed us toward places to explore in bodrum. We also met shafaq, who was great and very helpful. Everyone was so friendly and kind.

The restaurant is worth a visit on its own, with delicious food. Our room was fantastic and kept spotless by housekeeping, and the customer care was exceptional. The hotel is also perfectly located for enjoying the Turkish Riviera.
