Elementa Boutique Hotel

At ELEMENTA hotel in Bodrum, everyone made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The staff were all very friendly, and the waiters were especially warm and ready to serve at any hour, particularly Mouhamad. A special mention for the guest relation agent CELYNE KESISI, who was highly professional and went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met. Their attention to detail and warm approach made a real difference. It was one of my best hotel experiences.

The pool is lovely, and the outdoor spaces are a nice place to relax and take in the view. The room, though, was very small, especially the bathroom, which was about the size of a portable loo. Loud restaurant music woke me at 8am every morning, and the front desk was so slow that even simple requests became frustrating. Breakfast was okay, but the choice was limited and the portions didn’t feel generous. You could pick one thing, either a type of eggs or pancakes or cereal, but not both.

We had a great stay, close to Yalikavak and just under half an hour from Bodrum town. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was nice. In the morning they bring a traditional Turkish breakfast to your table, and the cocktails were really delicious. The pool area was peaceful and sunny all day. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. I personally didn’t care for the pillows, and the TV didn’t work, but that was fine for us.

I was there for a week and felt so welcome in a warm, elegant atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful, with excellent service, spotless cleanliness, and clear attention to detail. Guest comfort and satisfaction seem to come first. Ceylin was especially kind and attentive. She did her best to handle my reservations, pampered me with thoughtful gestures every day, and seemed to anticipate what I needed. Having trouble with a reservation? Better call Ceylin!
