We’d booked four nights, but when we arrived at 10pm, a very rude worker told us there was no room and quoted us more than double what we’d already paid online. They said they had called five times, though we had no missed calls, and they hadn’t sent any emails or anything else. The night staff were incredibly rude and impatient, I can’t stress that enough. Maybe the place is nice, but we’ll never know. The staff made us leave.

We had booked online and paid, but at check-in we were surprised to be told they don’t work with online reservations. They also said we had to pay a different, higher price than the one we reserved. One of the staff was very rude.

Nice hotel, and the people are very good. I’d suggest it if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay.

The room is a little cramped, and you can hear some noise from next door. But the rooms have been renovated recently, the heating is excellent, and there’s no problem with hot water :)) It’s not bad for cleanliness. İzzet is friendly, and the refreshments are good too. For the price, I’d give it an 8 out of 10. I recommend it.
