Getting into central Gaziantep took about 25 minutes by car, so the hotel was close enough without being in the middle of the busy city. We had a wonderful family stay, with friendly staff and clean pools. We’d definitely return if we come back to Gaziantep.

The bedding was so unclean that we had to put a towel down as a barrier. There wasn’t even a basic item like a coffee cup, and the food was so poor it couldn’t be eaten. For a five-star hotel, it fell well short of what I expected. The whole stay was deeply unsatisfactory.

There’s even a small ranch with beautiful horses. The hotel itself was really quiet, and my room was very clean. Breakfast had a good range of items, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

We booked online at a good price, but when we arrived they wouldn’t accept the reservation. The reception staff treated us very rudely, and the whole thing left us shocked. I don’t recommend anyone visit this place. They aren’t honest at all.
