Dibek Homes

As a base for a couple or family with a car, it worked perfectly for us. Dibek Homes and Villa is away from Bodrum’s noise and bustle, but close enough to drive into town for the day, about 20-30 minutes away. The complex is around a 15-minute walk from the seafront and marina, with supermarkets 5-10 minutes away on foot and plenty of secure parking on site. We spent two weeks there in August 2022 and had a wonderful time. There are around 10 two-storey villas around a pool. The couple managing the place lived in one of the villas throughout our stay. Our villa was spotless when we arrived and well maintained. It had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge, a balcony, and a patio. The management team were extremely friendly and helpful, available on WhatsApp around the clock, and dealt with every question or issue straight away. Our flight problems meant we arrived late at night, but a late check-in was no problem and they made us feel welcome immediately. There’s a bar area by the pool, though it wasn’t open while we were there. The pool wasn’t busy, with no more than two or three families around it at a time, so there didn’t seem to be much demand. In the evenings, the marina can get very busy. It’s high-end, with Saudi and Russian mega-yachts, plus lots of chain restaurants. The seafront has more character, with many family-run restaurants and bars. We loved staying at Dibek Homes and Villa and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The family were so kind, and the place felt very secure. This was the best villa and hotel ever. Thank you for everything.

The hosts were very attentive, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend this spotless, elegant complex. Yalıkavak Marina is within walking distance, and there’s shopping nearby. Our apartment had everything we needed. The pool was excellent and wasn’t crowded during our stay. The rooms have air conditioning, though the single beds are small. The pillows were hard, with waterproof covers that trap air.
