The new Tiny houses come fully equipped with all the kitchen amenities. Yalikavak Marina, restaurants, and beaches are only about a five-minute walk away. You can smell mandarin trees all around, and the place is quiet and feels safe.

It’s a small space, but plenty for a holiday centered on beach clubs and dinners. The marina is literally a five-minute walk away, and the location is perfect. My friends and I had a great week here. Both hosts were welcoming and helpful throughout, and took care of all our requests. We can’t thank them enough. We’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends and family. :)

Set among a huge tangerine orchard, it felt like more than a standard tiny house holiday, and the area was peaceful and safe. We walked to Yalikavak Marina in four to five minutes. We booked for four, though the place can comfortably sleep six. The beds were very comfortable, including the downstairs sofa that turns into a double. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and everything was new, clean, and working well. It’s family-friendly, with plenty of good breakfast spots nearby. We had a lovely quiet stay and would choose it again.
