Hotel Yeşilöz Inn Cave Otel

We don't recommend this hotel. The location is extremely far from everything, the place is run down, and the door had no lock. The staff were bad too. The owner, bekir, wasn't honest with us. He took our money for a hot air balloon, then tried to collect cash at checkout for something we'd already paid for online. There were lots of excuses and lies. I've blocked this hotel. We are David family, the people you took money from. You are a criminal.

Everything was amazing during my two days at your hotel, from the view to the room. Thank you for it all. I hope to visit again.

Hello to anyone thinking of staying here. On January 28, 2025, I got in touch with Mr. Bekir at Yeşilöz Inn Cave Hotel about a February stay. He said he had an agency for booking a hot air balloon and ATV tour. Since it was winter, I took an early booking discount and paid 9200 TL for 2 nights and 3 days, including the hotel, breakfast, balloon, and ATV tours. The hotel is outside the city, as he had said. It mostly met my expectations since I only used it to sleep. The room was warm, there was hot water, and breakfast was provided, though the toilet tap was broken. The problem was the balloon ride. Even though there was an agreement with an agency, they came up with excuses and wouldn't let my wife and me go. Nearby hotels told me this happens repeatedly: because the exchange rate I'd paid in January was higher than theirs, they put people who'd paid more on the balloon instead. They refunded the full cost of the days I stayed at the hotel, apparently as hush money. My advice is not to book the balloon or ATV tours through them, or you may be scammed and find yourself getting up at 4 am only to miss the balloon ride. You can stay at the hotel, but don't make those tour arrangements. Have a good day.
