The listing said 1500, but in reality it was 2000. The photo showed a balcony, but there wasn't one. The shower was broken, and I couldn't figure out how to use the toilet paper. The receptionist was friendly but didn't speak English. I think I picked the wrong hotel.

Fresh tea was always available, which mattered a lot to me, and we felt right at home. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very focused on service. Esen Hanım personally looked after each guest, and she and her team greeted us at the door and saw us off whenever we came and went. We were pleased with our two-night stay during a tour. The food wasn't very varied, but it was delicious. The rooms were a little small but adequate, and very clean. It's a bit out of town, though a short walk takes you to a beautiful beach where you can spend time in the evening. We take tour holidays at least three or four times a year, and we've never had service this good. We'll choose this hotel on our own next time too.

I found the hotel online for a two-day business trip and felt as comfortable here as I do at home.
