Rise Inn

I needed to be near the clinic where I was a patient, so the location suited me perfectly. The rooms aren’t fancy, but they’re clean, and room service kept everything tidy and neatly arranged. The staff were amazing and helped whenever I needed something, even though their English wasn’t very good. Breakfast was simple and didn’t have much variety, but the atmosphere was friendly. The woman replenishing the buffet was always attentive, making sure nothing ran out. Even five minutes before closing, she kept the platters full. It wasn’t a luxurious stay, but it was useful, warm, and friendly.

The staff, especially manager Miral and her team, made the stay feel like home. They arranged taxis and tours, responded promptly to our daily needs, and made sure we felt safe. That care really stood out. Rise Inn Hotel gave us an authentic Istanbul experience that went beyond what we expected. The clean rooms have stunning city views, and the location puts plenty of good restaurants and dining options within easy reach. For an affordable, satisfying stay, I’d highly recommend it. We’d book again next time we’re in this vibrant city. A 5/5 rating almost feels too low. From your satisfied customers in the UK and Qatar.

Meral Guler, the manager, was amazing, always on top of things and so helpful. The rest of the staff were great as well. We had a great time in Istanbul, and this hotel was just right for what we needed. There are lots of dental clinics and medical facilities nearby, which is handy if you need to be close to them. For tourist areas, getting around was easy. We could quickly find a taxi or Uber. Excellent value.

My room was clean and comfortable, and the location worked perfectly. At Rise Inn, Firat and the whole front desk team were incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I had a fantastic stay.
