Cihangir Terrace w/ Bosphorus View

The staff were lovely and helpful, and the bed was really comfortable. The room was clean, though a little shabby, with marks on the wall and a worn headboard. It was small but not too cramped, and fine if you're not planning to spend much time in it. Great location.

The room had a lovely view day and night, and was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was clean too. Food and breakfast were fantastic, with plenty of variety, and they were happy to make something specific if you asked. Staff were incredibly kind, especially the caring restaurant manager, and the cleaning team were attentive. The location is excellent, very close to Taksim and the lively Cihangir area. My only complaint was the room door, which didn't block sound, so noise from the hallway or nearby rooms came through. Otherwise, it met my expectations, and I had a great stay for the money.

I stayed here twice about two years ago, and found it very clean, with kind and helpful employees, from reception to housekeeping. The location is close to everything, and the view is amazing. If I need a hotel in istanbul again, this would be my first choice.

They were extremely rude, and tried to charge me for a double room just because my mother came in to see what my room was like. Never again!
