We enjoyed our recent stay. The staff were kind and friendly, and Mr.Ahmet was especially helpful and supportive. I’d definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and relatives.

The bathroom flooded after every shower, with water running out onto the floor, and our room wasn’t cleaned during the stay. The room itself was cramped and uncomfortable for two people. Park Çağlayan Hotel needs major work on upkeep and cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend it if you expect basic comfort and hygiene.

The way we were treated was especially good, and I say that with respect. One suggestion: offer a lower rate for stays longer than a week. That could encourage guests to keep staying instead of switching places.

Everyone was so friendly, and anything I needed got sorted right away. They cleaned the room every day, too. Brilliant stay from beginning to end, and I’ll definitely come back.
