I don't usually leave reviews, but I found it strange that this hotel supposedly has 65 reviews and an overall five-star rating. During my stay, I found body hair on the bed and dark marks on the quilt, and the hotel was definitely not clean. Water from the shower leaked across the bathroom floor, so I had to watch my step. The room looked quite old and needed a thorough cleaning by any standard. It might be manageable for one night if the price is low, but a longer stay could leave you regretting it. I can't make sense of how 65 customers could give it a perfect rating. If a score seems too good to be true, maybe it is.

I loved how easy it was to get around from here. The Metro, ferry, and other transport are only a two-minute walk away, which made exploring the Asian side of Istanbul really convenient. The room was bright, spotless, and very comfortable, and the restaurant upstairs served delicious food. Omar at the front desk was professional, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. Osman was the best at reception, too. As a Romanian, I had a real Turkish experience right there. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I'd happily stay again and recommend it. You can get to everything in about two minutes.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel felt like good value for its price. Getting around is easy, with public transport just a one- or two-minute walk away. One thing to check before booking: some rooms don't have windows. The hotel doesn't have its own laundry service. They can arrange it through an outside service, but it's a little expensive.
