Serra Boutique Hotel

We had a really nice stay at kassimo hotel in april. The staff were friendly and very helpful too.

I had a great time here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were very professional and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

The terrace camera really bothered me. I spotted it one evening while smoking outside, and nobody had told us it was there. I wouldn't have chosen that room if I'd known my privacy would be affected. There was no sign or information about the camera, which I don't find acceptable and which may even be illegal. Management should tell guests about it, even if it's there for security to prevent unauthorized access, so people know where their private space ends and what to expect. My friend and I shared a room, and it was pretty small for two. The bathroom had a sliding door that didn't block much sound. We had hoped for separate beds, but that wasn't an option. Next time I'd definitely book a room just for myself! :) The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of services nearby. We enjoyed the stay overall. The morning staff couldn't communicate in English, while the evening staff member was kind and spoke several languages.

A friend recommended this hotel for my recent Istanbul trip, and I had a great experience. It was very clean and centrally located, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay in Istanbul.
