All the rooms are double rooms, with enough space, and ours was very clean, as were the linens. The guesthouse was warm, even the handwashing tap had hot water, and the staff were flexible about check-out. They were friendly and understanding throughout, and I appreciated how attentive they were. We found the place by chance while looking for somewhere near the Istanbul Marathon starting point. It's just past a steep flight of stairs from the Burhaniye Metrobus station exit, so it's convenient if you're using the metrobus. We only stayed one night for the marathon. In November 2024, we paid 750 TL per person for the room alone. I'd choose it again when I'm back for the marathon.

We had a good stay for two nights with the family in April. The staff were helpful and attentive, and the rooms were clean and a normal size. There's a kitchen guests can use, though no breakfast. It's a clean, pleasant place in a great location, and we'd stay here again if we need to.

The staff were attentive and helpful, but getting around was difficult because public transport is limited and the location is inconvenient. We ended up needing a taxi. A night without breakfast cost 200 TL, and there are cheaper guesthouses.
