We were four adults in the family, and the apartment was spacious, with a full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We’d stay here again if we return to Nisantasi.

The location is great, but the employees were bad. Customer service was especially poor at check-in. Many daily essentials were included, but the staff said they weren’t and charged me, even after I showed them the agreement between the Millitah and the hotel. Breakfast was uncomfortable too, with staff hovering over you while you eat. Please let people eat in peace. If you’re from Libya, run away, my friend.

The staff were courteous and supportive, especially Mohammed and Khalil. It’s a central spot for a family getaway in Istanbul, with attractions like the famous taxim square nearby. We’ll definitely return.
