Park Hyatt Istanbul - Macka Palas

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and I especially want to thank Mr Umut for welcoming us so warmly and doing so much to make us comfortable. The hotel is also very well located, close to most major tourist sights, so exploring the city was easy. We had a wonderful stay and I'd happily come back. I highly recommend it.

That little cat sleeping under the heater by the entrance with the security team was such a sweet sight. I loved how welcoming the hotel is to animals. The security staff were exceptionally kind, and the front desk and concierge were professional and helpful too. Our family had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Istanbul - Maçka Palas, and every detail made us feel welcome. Ebru Erköse (Reservations Supervisor) deserves a special thank you for answering all my emails so quickly and making the arrangements easy. We highly recommend it for the warm atmosphere and hospitality. Can't wait to return!

During a difficult week for my mother, the team at Macka Palas took such good care of us. Mr. Ata Gurpinar welcomed us warmly and was professional and excellent throughout. Everyone was polite, kind and ready to help. We made lots of requests at reception, but they never seemed bothered and handled them patiently. We also had an amazing meal at Cipriani. Macka Palas has some great restaurants that complement the hotel so well, and Cipriani is a must try. The hotel has earned lifelong customers in us. We'll definitely be back very soon and will always appreciate the careful, professional service. Thank you to the whole wonderful team. You are amazing and doing an excellent job!

From checking in with Mustafa through to the person who helped with our luggage at the end, we had great interactions with the staff. They were professional, welcoming and respectful. The location and wonderful people helped make the experience worth the extra cost. We had an exceptional stay and would say don't miss this place!
