Ms. Saliha and her team greeted us with smiles at breakfast and looked after everything, even when they were busy. They really deserve the praise. The staff were the best part of a stay that exceeded what we expected. The food was fantastic, the hotel was clean, the location worked perfectly for us, and the rooms were spacious. Everything felt well thought out. Honestly, I can’t think of a thing to complain about.
The chef was so kind and thoughtful. Each morning she brought us a small surprise with breakfast, a personal touch we really appreciated. The hotel is in a quiet spot but still close to the metro, so getting around the city was easy. Everyone we met made us feel welcome, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend it.
I came all the way from Norway for a holiday in Istanbul, and everything at the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast had enough variety, and Saliha, the breakfast chef, was especially sweet. Thank you so much.
Habibe Sef and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We were impressed by the service day after day, and loved the atmosphere. We’d happily come back again and again.
Mr. Kerem at reception helped us with everything from our arrival through to departure, always professional and friendly. Many thanks to him and the whole hotel team for such warm hospitality. We stayed at Dedeman Hotel for four nights, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s a very nice hotel, and everyone on staff was kind and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again.
