Be careful with this hotel. The owner changes its name from time to time because of poor reviews, and when you ask local people, nobody recognizes it. There’s no reception, and the stairs are very narrow and spiral. Beware.

Being so close to both the bus terminal and sea transport made getting around easy, and that’s why I’d recommend this lovely city hotel. It’s great value for the money. Even though it’s newly opened, the team is already so helpful and easy to talk to. Thanks, Rioletta. I’ll be back.

Customer service was awful, and the service itself was poor. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
