A nice option for a big family, but you'll need a vehicle to get around and pick things up nearby. The rooms aren't soundproof, and you'll have to do the cleaning yourself.

The owner and receptionist were extremely kind and respectful, and the apartment has an excellent view. It is far from services, and the road noise comes through since the windows aren't soundproof.

The location was good, close to shops, though being right on the main road made it noisy. The Turkish owner was very kind, and the Syrian staff were helpful, but they could use more experience and professionalism in management. We hope they pay more attention to cleanliness and running the apartments. We arrived at 5:30 PM, even though check-in was at 2:00 PM. We had booked for nine people, but were given an apartment for seven; after we raised it, they brought us two mattresses. They reduced the price by $10 to make up for the delay and booking confusion. The blankets and sheets weren't clean, and I'd give cleanliness 50%. Some basics were missing, including bathroom and bedroom wastebaskets, bathroom slippers, washing powder and a kettle. The things we asked for did arrive, but only two days later. We had to ask several times, and the overall management didn't feel very professional.
