The restaurant was the standout for me, with the best kahvaltı I’ve had outside Turkey. It was fresh, authentic and full of flavor, and my American family enjoyed it as much as I did. It was a lovely way to share some of my culture with them. I’m originally from Turkey and brought them here to visit, and the hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, while the service and hospitality made us feel truly welcome. I’d absolutely recommend it for the food and high-quality stay, and would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the spotless rooms were very comfortable. The location worked perfectly for us, and everything was better than we expected. I’d recommend the place to anyone. Friends who came after us on our recommendation were just as pleased.

We were trapped in the elevator for an hour and 30 minutes, and the staff didn't even seem to try to help. We had to call emergency services ourselves. When they arrived after that hour and 30 minutes, they forced the doors open with a machine. Then the owner came and argued with us, apparently more upset that the elevator doors had been forced than concerned about our lives. The front desk workers were impolite and didn't know how to treat customers. It was a terrible experience, with bad rooms and horrible service. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are professional and respectful, and the food is tasty. Breakfast had everything you could want. I enjoyed my stay very much, and the excellent service makes this hotel well worth it. I’m grateful to them, and it’ll be my first choice to recommend and return to.

Breakfast was wonderful and the service was very good. They asked us to pay 100 lira for the charger plug, and also charged because we forgot the key card in the room. Rooms
