I spent one night here as a company employee. Mr. Hayati, the owner, was welcoming and treated me well. Still, the room had no working heat or air conditioning, perhaps because it was out of season. He brought me a UFO heater and said to switch it off once the room warmed up. There wasn't a TV at first, apparently because guests break them, but they quickly brought one and set it up. I ran the water for about 15 minutes, even though they said the solar tank had hot water, and none came through. The cleanliness was another problem, which I’ll show in the photo I’m adding. So, no cleanliness, heating, or hot water, though the customer service and welcome were good. One more thing: the roads to the hotel are rough. I managed, but if you're not confident driving, I wouldn't recommend trying them, especially if you're inexperienced.

The gravel road is the main drawback. Of the 13 km from Yomra to the hotel, only around 3 km is paved, and much of the rest was in very poor shape in July 2022, with some sections still being worked on. We struggled on the way up, and driving there in the dark seems especially difficult because you have to go slowly and may miss potholes and bumps. Coming back in daylight, downhill, was much easier. The hotel itself is new, with clean rooms, an elevator, and a spacious breakfast room serving a good breakfast. It's about 13 km from the center, high in the mountains and surrounded by nature, so even July nights can get down to 10-12°C. Arabs make up most of the hotel's customers.
