The breakfast had a nice range of tasty options, and the room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The hotel has a cozy feel. Mr. Emre gave us a warm welcome and checked that we were comfortable throughout the stay. Thanks as well to Mr. Mustafa for greeting us and helping with our luggage, and to the friendly, helpful night staff, Mr. Gorkem and Mr. Ali. We loved our time at Holiday Inn. Thanks for making the stay so enjoyable!

This was my honeymoon trip to Turkey, and even though I'd booked just one night, Holiday Inn Trabzon-East by IHG decorated our room. My wife was surprised and so happy, and we both really appreciated it. I enjoyed every moment, from the delicious breakfast to the warm, professional staff who welcomed us with smiles. Mr Ali Ihsan deserves a special thank you. He helped me get items I'd left behind at the airport and went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He explained the hotel facilities, our room, and even the qibla direction. I've never seen someone in hospitality work so hard and show such integrity. I'll definitely come back, inshallah❤️

The rooms were clean, and check-in and checkout both went smoothly. One staff member was especially friendly: he carried our luggage, parked our car each night, and greeted us with a big smile. There's a Macdonald’s restaurant beside the hotel. The nearby building work was the one thing we didn't like, though it didn't bother us much. Workers were there, and it could get a little noisy early in the morning.

The room was super cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was really tasty. Try the homemade butter and Menamen, the Turkish dish. For anyone traveling to trabzon,Turkey, I definitely recommend this hotel. Mr Ahmed at reception was so caring and helpful, guiding tourists to good places to visit on their first day. He speaks Turkish, English, and Arabic fluently, so communication is easy. I'm sure you'll be happy with his service.
