Defne Butik Otel

The location makes it easy to enjoy Selimiye, with the sea, restaurants, and beach walks nearby, while the hotel still feels quiet and away from the crowds. We left feeling like we'd been visiting people we had known for years, not checking out of a hotel. That warmth is rare, and we'll come back to Selimiye and stay here again. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and carefully prepared, with lovely-smelling rooms, comfortable beds, and furnishings that fit together well. Everything was clean. Nights were peaceful, and waking to birdsong before having coffee on the balcony became one of our favorite moments. Breakfast deserves its own mention. The fresh spread included homemade jams, carefully made appetizers, and quality ingredients, and we even got baklava as a treat. The food, presentation, and friendly service made it feel like a family meal. Cihan Abi, İlhan Abi, and their wives were just as attentive as we'd heard, and even better. They treated us like old guests, kept an eye on what we needed, and did it all naturally without crowding us. From the warm welcome when we arrived to the care in every detail, the cleanliness, peace, and service made this a truly special holiday. Five stars, without hesitation. Thank you for everything, you gave us an unforgettable stay. :)

The owners made the biggest impression on us. İlhan and Cihan were warm, helpful, and welcoming, and we felt right at home. The hotel is central in Selimiye, and our room was comfortable, very clean, and well looked after. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. We were very happy with our stay and would choose it again next time we're in Selimiye. Thanks for everything.
