Marina Green Suit - Residence

A nice, modest hotel with a lovely breakfast. It’s comfortable and easy, and the reception staff are very cooperative.

On my first visit to Trabzon, I found the rooms clean and tidy, and the basic hospitality was very good. The staff were welcoming and had a high standard of attitude. The reception lady was the most wonderful, and I think she may be Sudanese. There’s a playground for kids, and the view was good enough but nothing special. Breakfast was ordinary too. The location was a bit confusing since the entrance is at the back off the main road. Street noise was the main problem. Noise-canceling glass would make a big difference. For future visitors, I’d suggest booking a higher level. Thanks.

Mina and Bugra were especially friendly, and the staff were definitely the best part of my wonderful stay. The hotel is right in the city center, with a perfect location and an amazing view. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

We didn’t even get a proper greeting when we arrived. The staff seemed unprofessional and unfriendly, and the service was very poor. We’d asked for the room to be cleaned, but it wasn’t done. When we asked why, they said there had been other guests before us, as if that excused it. This isn’t the service you expect from a hotel.
