The apartments are close to the main street, with grocery stores, barbershops, and vegetable shops nearby. The manager or owner was somewhat cooperative, though I couldn’t reach him until my last day. Still, based on my experience, the apartments didn’t meet expectations. I rented a three-bedroom place with a living room and kitchen for ten days. The air conditioning was controlled from reception, which was a first for me. The airflow was average, and the temperature couldn’t be set below 20 degrees. In the bathrooms, I couldn’t adjust the hot and cold water, it was either hot or hot. There was only one double bed in each room, which wasn’t enough for the number of people in a bed. One room’s lighting was broken and was fixed only after several requests. The vacuum cleaner broke and wasn’t repaired or replaced. A large wood factory is next to the apartments, and reception staff were uncooperative and slow to respond.

The location works well, with grocery stores close by, and the balcony has a nice view. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine, plus the living room feels roomy for a three-bedroom apartment. The bedrooms themselves are small and a little worn, and the curtains let the sun through. The bathroom bidets were broken, and there were no tissues or cleaning supplies. Nobody was available to help with luggage, and the price feels high for what these apartments offer. Still, it’s a decent apartment.

As of August 10, 2024, this place needs maintenance and charges an exorbitant price, while the service is extremely poor. The room is only for four people, and they won’t provide bed linens even if you give them your number before booking. Towels aren’t changed, and there’s no toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, or cleaning supplies. There are mosquitoes, too. Internet is free for two days, then they change the password. If you booked through the Arab intermediary, be aware they won’t respond to you either.

Mr. Mohammed Noor was very helpful and treated us well, and the apartment is spacious and tidy. But it was dusty and full of cobwebs when we arrived, as if it hadn’t been touched in a long time. Reception said they would clean it in five days when we called. There’s no daily room cleaning, which is unreasonable when the bathroom needs daily cleaning and the bed linens need to be changed every day. The apartment’s cleanliness should be checked before I arrive.
