The rooms face one another, and mine felt like a staff room: it was by the fire escape, people passed and stared, there were no bars, and the balcony next door looked straight in. I kept the curtains closed. The air conditioning motor was so noisy I couldn't open the window. The sheets were very old, there were flies everywhere, and my grandchild's face ended up covered in blemishes. They didn't even give us towels, and bringing a small gas cylinder into the room shocked me. I booked through O Ticket for May 26, with breakfast supposedly included, but there was none. Because I booked early through a promotion, they said I had paid less and put us in a terrible first-floor room in the men's singles section, even though I was with my grandchild. The hotel is at the top of a very steep hill, exhausting to climb unless you're looking for a workout. The owner, Zeki Cesur, has no idea about service and was rude. My holiday was ruined. Don't come here. Endless thanks, though, to the housekeeping staff Mrs. Elen and receptionist Mr. Sergen. The problem is the owner, ZEKİ CESUR.

Mr. Egemen was kind and attentive, and the owners are welcoming. The rooms are clean, the new beds are really comfortable, and nearly all the rooms look out to sea. It's a quiet, safe guesthouse close to the beach, and it gets better each time I visit. I've included a photo of the room view. Great value for the price.

Watching the sunset over the sea from the balcony was amazing. For our girls' holiday, we found the guesthouse clean, with new beds and a spot close to the beach. Mr. Egemen and his family took such good care of us, and made sure we felt safe. It's somewhere you can choose in Yumurtalık with peace of mind.
