I’ve stayed at several Doubletree hotels, and this was the nicest one for me. The room was kept spotless by housekeeping, and everyone from FO to F&B was polite and focused on service. After checking in on 3rd Nov, I got a room upgrade because of my HH status, plus a welcome two-tier tea stand with delicious desserts. Thanks for making the stay such an enjoyable one.

My first stay here was easy and smooth, thanks to the FO team. Ms.Berna, Merve + Mr.Abdullah/Batuhan/Gorkem were professional, warm, and welcoming, and helped me with everything. Hope I get to see them again sometime.

Getting around is easy, with restaurants and shopping malls close by. The breakfast was a lot more disappointing than at other hotels.

With a shopping mall right next door, the location is convenient. The room was clean, fairly spacious, and had a nice view. The hotel looks like it may have been recently renovated or newly opened. Food needs work, breakfast included, though I’d still rate the stay well.
