I’ve been here with my wife for about three weeks. The rooms could be cleaner, but the price is reasonable and I’d still recommend it if you want a good deal in a lively neighborhood. Karşıyaka is right at the center of it all, with cafes, restaurants and pubs around, and Karşıyaka iskele, the tram and metro are a two-minute walk away. The staff are respectful, responsible and attentive. Mr Onür is especially kind and helpful.

The rooms felt roomy and airy, and the bed was clean. The shower wasn’t great, with hot water coming from a small thermosiphon, and there’s no breakfast. I wouldn’t choose this place for a family with children.

Everything was close by, and the hotel itself was clean. The staff were friendly too. I stayed last week and recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, especially for a family. It didn’t feel like a hotel to me, more like somewhere renting rooms by the hour, so it was hard to know who was coming and going. There were serious hygiene problems, poor sound insulation and air conditioning that didn’t work in the rooms. For a shower, you have to use a hose instead of a shower head.

I booked rooms by phone for two friends. Just a few hours after checking in, they were itching badly and left in a hurry. There were bedbugs crawling on the headboards. Unbelievable.
