The location is very nice and quiet, and the receptionist was attentive, warm, and friendly. But the rooms were terrible, and this place didn’t feel suitable for a family at all. We came with our families for my cousin’s engagement party, 30 people in total, and stayed just one night. There were bedbugs in our room, which had been treated with insecticide. My 3-year-old daughter’s face and eyes turned red and she had an infection, so we had to take her to the emergency room. It was a nightmare. I think the place could be improved.

My family and I were very pleased with everything. We used the parking service for our car, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The service was friendly. Everything was perfect.

We couldn’t sleep because the rooms were full of bugs, including bedbugs everywhere. After we left, I was covered in bites, itchy, and stained. There was nothing good about the place. It was so terrible you wouldn’t go there even if you were homeless.

Don’t let the low price fool you. This is absolutely not somewhere to stay with family. The rooms were very dirty and smelled bad, and there were bugs in my mother’s bed, so they had to move rooms. The plumbing was awful, too, with broken taps. I’d never recommend it.
