10/10
The place had a lovely feel, and everything was spotless. The staff were friendly, which made the whole stay memorable. I enjoyed my time there and would choose it again if I return.

The breakfast and open buffet dinner were both really good, and the price felt fair. It may not quite live up to a real five-star hotel, but if you keep your expectations reasonable, you should be happy with your stay.

I had a really bad experience here. The towels in the room were all dirty, and water from the shower ran onto the floor. The pillows and pillowcases were worn out, too. They didn’t even serve coffee at breakfast.

The pool was nice, and both the rooms and the food were clean.

It has a five-star rating, but the quality, staff training, and understanding just aren’t there.
