The rooms were clean, and the service was spot on from both the receptionist and the porter 👌. We really loved staying here and would happily recommend it.

That central location is the one thing I liked. After staying in so many hotels, I can say this was the worst one for me. The night receptionist was very unfriendly and didn't seem to know how to deal with customers. Someone needed to say it plainly.

Breakfast was pretty good, and the place seems decent for the district. Still, finding so much hair and lint on the bed is unacceptable.

Friendly staff, and the hotel was nice and clean.

It's a 3-star hotel, with clean rooms and very good staff. Breakfast is served on the terrace on the 5th floor, and it's adequate for this area. You can get what you need in the shopping area, but you'll need a car for sightseeing. Car rental is available at Elazığ Airport.
