The grounds were immaculate and the views were stunning. We had a fantastic time, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the heated pool for long evenings in the water. We came as a big party, with our 106-year-old Grandma. She was so comfortable she kept taking naps, which she doesn't usually do. The villa's indoor-outdoor layout worked perfectly while we cooked and partied all weekend. The manager was pleasant, replied promptly, and came over whenever we needed anything. One thing that needs attention is the sofa bed in the master room, which really needs replacing. The signs leading to the villa could also be easier to see, if possible. It's not easy to find, but the views are absolutely worth it. Thanks to the management and staff for making our stay comfortable.

We spent some days just lounging by the pool, and the villa is close to the beach and nearby amenities. The views are lovely too. Inside, it felt welcoming and cozy, with lots of room, clean spaces, and thoughtfully chosen decor and artwork. Eagles Base surpassed what I expected. I'd definitely recommend it and hope to come back.

We hated having to leave Eagles Bay Villa and can't wait to return. The host was so welcoming and helpful, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The view was gorgeous, and having fruit trees on the property was a lovely bonus. There was loads of space in the house, and the pool was amazing. We loved the warm, fun feel of the theme. The pictures and reviews really do match the experience. It was worth every bit.

We arrived in Tobago during the holiday break, December 24th-30th 2025, to celebrate an 80th birthday with a group of nine, but our Expedia reservation hadn't come through and wasn't available. We were shocked and extremely disappointed. The property takes bookings through several sources, and reservations apparently aren't guaranteed. No one ever explained the inconsistency. I'm sharing this so other travelers will triple-check their booking and can avoid the frustration we went through.
