The pool and the surrounding areas clearly need a redo, and the washrooms were filthy. The receptionist only started cleaning the pool when we arrived. I haven't seen the rooms, so I can't comment on those. I don't really dislike the place, but it's run down and needs major renovation. Paying $50 per person for a day pass feels unjustified. It may have been a good spot years ago, but it needs upkeep instead of relying on its reputation.

We got there at 12 and left by 1, but they still charged us $50 and we barely got to enjoy ourselves. My toddler, my husband and I were in the pool with another family that was so large they left us hardly any space to swim. They were playing games in the water and throwing bottles around, and one nearly hit my toddler. I don't mind people playing, but that was dangerous. This is the nastiest place I've ever come across. They need to close it and fix the facility.

We booked the whole hotel for a family event and stayed over the weekend. The food was good, and the pool was well maintained, but the rooms were very run down and the bathrooms terrible. There was no water in the rooms from Friday until Saturday night, so we couldn't shower or do anything. The furniture and amenities urgently need upgrading, and an AC unit actually caught fire on Friday night. It was disturbing and left everyone uncomfortable. The worst part was the staff. They were extremely untrained and disrespectful. On Saturday night a maintenance worker got drunk and harassed some of my female family members. When we told him to leave us alone, he picked up a chair and threatened us. He said he knew where we were sleeping, had a concealed weapon, and would come for us if he lost his job. I'm not exaggerating. This place really is that terrible.

The caretakers had a very bad attitude and made us feel uncomfortable. The pool, washrooms, and the whole facility need a lot of upgrading. Until something improves, I think they should close the place. 6th October 2024

The whole place is run down and needs a thorough cleaning. Our feet turned black from the bedroom floor, which hadn't been swept or mopped. The pool had floating debris and was mossy. In the bathroom, the uncleaned toilet smelled so bad it could make you vomit. There was mildew on the shower curtain, a ball of hair, and dirty toilet paper stuck to the toilet brush. The toilet rocked, and the sink was precariously propped on an unsecured red brick. The fridge, TV, and microwave didn't work. I can't believe paying customers are being rented a place like this. Don't spoil your vacation by staying here.
