Parking right outside was very convenient, and the price was affordable. The place is old and a bit run-down, but it had a bit of a grandpa’s or grandma’s house feel. Our triple room had plenty of space for three adults, and our two children stayed free. We brought blankets, pillows and sleeping bags, so one adult could easily sleep on the floor or sofa. The bathtub in the bathroom was a big plus. A good fit if you don’t mind older rooms, and the host was very nice.

The price was reasonable and the place was spacious, with a good location. It’s a family-run guesthouse, so it doesn’t have the same clean, comfortable feel as a commercial place. I did find a few problems: the electric kettle didn’t work, the hairdryer was weak, and the windowsill was quite dirty. Still, it was acceptable overall.

There were a lot of ants in the room, so that needs attention. The room itself was okay, and although the single bed was a bit hard, it was alright for the price.

The best part was being just a two-minute walk from the High Heel Church. The guesthouse felt a little old, and the owner’s service was average. Room 202c had weak air conditioning, only one working light and a broken door lock. After checkout, we were moved to room 201c, which was fairly large and had cold air conditioning. It smelled musty, though it was tolerable. The bathroom had no ventilation, and the dampness seemed to be getting into the room and causing that smell.
