Shexia Liyu Hot Spring

We only went for the hot springs and didn’t stay at the hotel. While visiting Kenting, my wife and I heard the springs in Sichongxi were famous and that many hotels offered private rooms, so we headed to the area without knowing which one we’d choose. We found this small hotel and spa after nearly going to an adjacent one; the owner came out and greeted us, then talked us into trying hers. Each private room is basically a room with a large jacuzzi and a shower. It got quite stuffy in the heat, but soaking was relaxing and fun. The place looked somewhat run down and empty, though the weather wasn’t ideal for hot springs. The slippers available looked old. The main shared spring area was large and open, with nice tables. I’ve been to nicer hot spring resorts, but the private rooms here were worth a try.
