Breakfast was only so-so. The coffee tasted weak, and a few of the hot dishes weren’t very warm. Still, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and there’s a convenience store across the street plus a laundry about six minutes away on foot. I spent a couple of nights here while on a cycling tour, and they let me keep my bike safely at reception. The furniture is dated, but perfectly acceptable. It’s a decent place for a comfortable night’s sleep.

I liked the spacious, large room and was very satisfied with it. The staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast didn’t live up to what I’d read in some of the reviews.

A night market is an easy walk from the hotel, and there’s a small supermarket right across the street, which is handy. It’s also close to the train station. Our room was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was decent.

The rooms felt really old, with a stale, stuffy smell. Dust on the surfaces and, in places, a weird sticky film made the hygiene feel questionable. The whole place had a bad vibe.

It’s an adequate three-star hotel. The minced pork rice at breakfast used to be really good, but now it’s just ordinary. Maybe the old chef left?
