A comfortable, practical stay and good value overall. Our double-bed room was clean and much more spacious than expected. I liked having the sink apart from the toilet and shower, which is handy when sharing since nobody has to wait for the bathroom. Food is easy to find nearby. Chiayi Dongmen Turkey Rice, the famous one, is only a three-minute walk and works well for a quick meal. There's also a self-service laundry for washing and drying five minutes away on foot, since the hotel has no washing machines. Parking is included, but there aren't many spaces and they feel small and tight. There's a parking elevator that takes you directly to your room. The two hotel elevators are quite slow, so when it's busy you may wait longer than you'd like. Overall, a good hotel for a comfortable, practical stay. I'd recommend it.

Stayed just one night. The room was spacious and fairly clean, with single beds that were very big for one person. The bathroom was quite small, but breakfast in the morning was delicious. Convenient spot, with food and a mall nearby.

The breakfast was great, and the rooms were nice. Guests can borrow bikes for free, which is handy for short trips, but they're left outside, so they're not in very good working order. They'd be better stored indoors under cover or in the underground garage. YouBike is difficult for foreigners to join, so the free bikes are still useful.

The location is central, close to shops and restaurants, and the staff are friendly and helpful, though their English can be a little limited. I stayed two nights and found the hotel comfortable and excellent value. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The restaurant breakfast is very basic, which is the main thing that could be improved.
