We had a terrible stay. The decor felt old, with yellowed wallpaper, and the whole experience was unpleasant. The room was advertised for six people, but there were only three pillows and three bottles of water, which felt very stingy. I won't come back. The bathtub had been patched up, and luckily I took a photo beforehand. My wife and I got abrasions on our legs, and my girlfriend slipped and hit her elbow. Housekeeping wouldn't deal with it. They just gave us a sideways look and asked us to leave, as if they wanted us gone quickly. Afterward there was no response and no compensation. They wouldn't take responsibility, but asked for our phone number and said they'd get in touch later. That felt like a complete bluff. The whole thing was despicable and dishonest. I kept hearing doors open and water running, and when something fell over just after I finally nodded off, it woke me up. The soundproofing is really poor, and the upstairs guests weren't very considerate.

The afternoon front desk staff were excellent. The double room felt creepy because of its wallpaper, and the room was a little old, but I called the desk and they changed it right away. 👍
