Our train-themed room was clean and really spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to move around. The bathroom was quite luxurious. There’s also a huge play area, though tickets cost extra. It was fun and might suit slightly older kids better. Some rooms have themes.

We stayed here after the Beehive fireworks. It’s a cute hotel with a Lego-brick theme and brick characters around the property. Out front there’s a Statue of Liberty made of bricks. Our room was tidy, with two queen beds, but no closets. Water dispensers are available. The breakfast has a huge selection, mostly Asian food, so make sure to take advantage of it. There’s a 7-11 nearby for a quick drink or snack. I’d recommend staying here.

I’m not sure why the ratings are so high. In my experience, the hotel isn’t as child-friendly as it claims. The room has many hazards for kids, and the playgrounds on the 2nd and 3rd floors seemed more decorative than useful, with nothing special about them. Most of the fried food at breakfast was cold on the plate, including the fries and fried fish. The one upside is that the hotel is right next to two attractions: Southern palace museum and another huge kids playground.

A super cute, family-friendly hotel with a Lego theme, clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Public transport to and from this area isn't very frequent, so be ready to take taxis or drive. The reception can book a taxi for you at no extra cost.
