The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel was clean too. Staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. Dinner options were poor, and breakfast was another reason I couldn't give five stars. The buffet had very few choices, and a lot of the food didn't seem freshly made. The main dishes were Chinese style, but there seemed to be more side dishes than freshly prepared food. For the room price, we expected more. Still, the stay wasn't bad.

We spent one night here for my birthday, and had a great time with my friend. It was a weekday, so the hotel was kind of empty, but the service and hospitality were excellent. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with a great mountain view and a balcony overlooking the golf play area. The hotel is between chaiyi and alishan, which made it feel special. We didn't like that food was included in the room tariff, and you can't order your own food because the options are very limited. Breakfast, though, was good, continental Western style, and worth the money. Happy vacation, guys. Peace ✌️ ✌️ ✌️

The location and view were wonderful, and the service was friendly. The room was okay for the price, but our air conditioning wasn't working properly. We couldn't raise the temperature unless we turned it off.
